- Details of the solicitor or conveyance person acting on your behalf for the purchase of a property or business
- Records of communications between you and MasterSell employees or consultants relating to services provided by MasterSell to you
- Records of use made by you of services provided by MasterSell to you
For the Seller
- Your name, address and contact details
- The type of property or business you are looking to sell and the amount you wish to achieve
- Your reason for selling
- The type of property or business you are looking to buy, the amount you want to spend and the area you are looking to buy into when you sell your property.
- Financial information such as your income and savings for loan comparisons with other financial institutions
- Details of the solicitor or conveyance person acting on your behalf for the sale of your property or business
- Records of communications between you and MasterSell employees/associates or consultants relating to services provided by MasterSell to you
- Records of use made by you of services provided by MasterSell to you
For the General inquirer about the MasterSell services
- Your name, address and contact details
- The advertising from which you heard or read about the MasterSell property and business sale services
- The type of service you will require of MasterSell or the purpose of the inquiry
- Records of communications between you and MasterSell employees/associates or consultants relating to services provided by MasterSell to you
- Records of use made by you of services provided by MasterSell to you

MasterSell Australia provides advertising support to help with the sale of your property or business and contracts out some services such as direct mailing and distribution, credit checking, printing, photography, data base management services. MasterSell may disclose your personal information to these organisations but only so that they can provide you with the services that MasterSell has contracted out
MasterSell will handle requests for access to personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles. You have the right to see or obtain a copy of personal information about you that we may hold

Once we have verified your identity we are able to provide you with the information you require over the telephone. If you wish to have a copy of that information we will ask that you put your request in writing and either post or fax it to us. This is to ensure we can verify your identity
Should we require time to consider your request we will acknowledge your request within 7 days and respond within a maximum of 30 days
If for any reason we refuse to give you access to your information you will be informed as to the reason why. The circumstances in which we may refuse to give you access to your personal information include where giving you access:
